Spending most of my sewing time on Positivity this week was great for finishing it up!
A finished post will be coming soon!
However, it left less time to work on my current Rainbow Scrap Challenge projects, except for a few little things. Still needing to decide on the final heart for my crumb hearts quilt, I made a white/low volume heart with turquoise as the background.
I like this!
Here's how it looks in with the rest. Next step is to sew the blocks/rows together and add borders, probably like what I'm trying there on the right.
I also got a little bit of a start on the final row for the Full Stop sampler. I really loved Angela's rainbow row of periods, so I decided to do a fabric pull that would work for that idea. I only need a 2.5 inch square of each color and then some 2.5 inch squares of the background plus strips to separate them.
A little chain piecing and it won't be long until I have this row ready to go!

Hooray for another finish, Diann!!
I like the light/low volume and turquoise heart you made, and your layout for this quilt is looking good so far.
Happy weekend.
Love your heart surprise. And that background -- Tula Pink?
Such pretty hearts. xx
I'm sure it feels good to have the Poz quilt finished. Your other projects are coming along well - I love that pretty squa/turquoise solid fabric (I know you've mentioned the color name, but I can't recall it).
How awesome you got your Positivity done and now you will have time to concentrate on your rainbow projects and they will move right along!
Such cute hearts. I love that scrappy look!
Those little scrappy hearts are just as cute as can be. And the one with the turquoise background just adds a fun surprise in with the others.
love your hearts that will be a nice quilt!
I can’t wait to see your Positivity quilt in all its red glory! The little heart quilt is adorable too!
Love your Positivity quilt. Have fun with those little crumb hearts -- so cute!
That row will be a fun addition to Full Stop! Love how the hearts are coming along as well. I can't wait to see the whole positivity quilt. Love it in those reds.
Yay on having a finished post coming up! The peek at it looks so pretty. What a neat idea on the white heart! I can't wait to see your final layout.
Loving those crumb hearts. I'm definitely going to jump off next year's RSC with some sort of crumb project. Very inspiring!
I love the positivity quilt in red and white! And your hearts are looking so cute. I still have to quilt mine. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Your hearts look great Diann. Thanks for linking up with Oh Scrap!
A heart surprise! What a cool idea! I sure like that background fabric. It is the perfect compliment to those scrappy heart blocks!
