You can see, there's lots of purple pulled out to stitch up!
After finishing last week's Storm at Sea, it didn't take long to be ready for a lantern block.
Along the way, I worked with 2.5 inch squares, 1.5 x 2.5 inch rectangles, and crumb pieces that don't fit into any particular category.
Some of those pieces are very dark purple!
All caught up on September's Tiny Tuesday blocks. Yay!
I'll leave you with these pretty purple wildflowers that we spied on a hike this week.
Happy ScrapHappy Saturday!

SaS looks so different on point!
I love the look of your storm at sea; I may just have to clone/copy/duplicate/make one similar for myself. :)
Love the storm at sea on point!
You are going to have such a fabulous RSC project from these weekly blocks!
Hi Diann,
I love your Storm at Sea block. You do such good work! I haven't done any RSC blocks for a while. You just inspired me to get at it!
Love those deep, rich purples!
You have a nice variety of purples. The lantern block is neat!
You seem to find time for frequent hikes - how wonderful!
Sew many fun purples in your sewing room! I love that lantern block. Oh, I could see a whole rainbow of them!
Loving the purple! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Storm at Sea in purple or on point. Fabulous!
Nice purples! I love the Stoem at Sea. It looks 3D!
Love all your fabulous purples!
I'm looking forward to your Storm at Sea - isn't it a fun look to set it on point?
Such a tidy sea of purple! Love it, all of your blocks are so pretty!
Such awesome blocks, but that SAS really “floats my boat”!
Your blocks are så beautiful! The Storm at Sea looks just perfect. :-)
Good on you for doing the Storm at Sea block! I gave it a try and failed, so I did my own block.
That Storm at Sea is gorgeous! Congrats to you on what looks to be a most complex block.
Nice job on USING some of your PURPLE scraps, Diann!!
The lantern block is beautiful. Love all the shades of purple.
I am very unsure of making a tiny block. They are too pesky (for me) and move too much. Therefore I am very impressed by your neat and tiny block.
Your blocks are lovely. I’m glad you put your Storm at Sea on point too; it looks totally different!
