I was a good girl this week and stuck with the two slow stitching projects I shared last week. That means there was some good progress on each one!
First, the salt box house from last Sunday:
And this - showing my progress as of today:
It's looking like a house!
And a few more sections quilted on the Woven Wreaths piece, too. I started by quilting around the four center designs (and the little gridded squares next to them) and now I'm moving to the outside ones.
There's plenty more to do on both projects - plenty for some slow Sunday stitching and more. Sharing at Kathy's Quilts.

I love the blues on that cute little salt box house. Woven Wreaths will be quite the masterpiece when you are finished - it is beautiful.
You've made good progress on both projects. Enjoy your stitching time.
Thé blue salt box house is so pretty- i want to live there! Gail at the Cozy quilter
You have been productive! I find it hard to get much done during the holidays.
Great progress! Those are such lovely projects.
Do you work a little on each one per day or just work on one for the day?
I think blue must be your favorite color!
I love that saltbox piece. I need to finish up the embroidery on my Woven Wreaths. Happy stitching and Happy New Year!
I too, want to live in that pretty blue saltbox house, Diann. Those blues are so pretty. Woven wreaths is lovely. All those embroidered blocks gathered together are fabulous.
Cute blue & white projects, Diann!!!
The salt box embroidery reminds me of a house in Brenham, Texas --totally not of that region, but the people who built it wanted a colonial-style house no matter what. It certainly stood out. I really like the around-the-twist setting for the bluework blocks. A finish soon? (Not to push you or anything....)
You got a lot of stitching done on the Salt Box piece. It is looking really nice.
I have really come to love blue projects for the Winter season and you have some beauties going!
