Spring?

Actually I think we skipped right into summer...

And maybe we just skipped winter altogether!

But I'm still stitching Spring themes and colors.

After I finish the binding on my Fall-themed Stay at Home Round Robin project!  I'll be sharing the finish of this project in my Wednesday post.

Sharing at Kathy's Quilts for Slow Sunday Stitching.
And at Melva Loves Scraps for Sew and Tell Monday.

It’s still cold here…hovering around freezing most days. We often have snow or ice into April. I’m looking forward to spring arriving and staying! At least the snow is all gone. Your SAHRR is just about done. Can’t wait to see it. Hope you get to your spring embroidery sometime today. Gail at the cozy quilter

That is crazy weather for you! I'm enjoying a week of days in the 80s and cool nights in the 50's. It doesn't happen often. Your spring embroidery is really pretty.

You were actually a degree warmer than we were yesterday! I feel so cheated out of winter, and I'm sure you do too. We needed the extra moisture. I'm looking forward to seeing your SAHRR finish. Not sure I'll have much more than I had after the last round. I'm stalled on fabric choices - lol!

That is a crazy temperature for so early in the season! You are making good progress on your Spring embroidery piece!

Wow! I am a little jealous of your weather. I would love to skip winter!

The weather is so crazy, I just hope we can get back without dodging storms. Last year we followed a system home.

Wow, that is way too hot for this time of year!! It has been a roller coaster here too, in the 70s, then plunging into the 20s for lows several days in a row. We are getting to 80 today, and I'm cooking out for dinner. Highs will only get to the 60s later in the week.

Our high yesterday was 100F. It's like we went from Winter to summer in the space of one week. The temperatures are supposed to be lower today and then we get a cold front. I'd like a couple of weeks of spring weather, not sure we'll get it. Stitching with spring like colors may be all you get this year!

Wowza that's quite a jump in temps!

Today we have a gloomy, cloudy, cool Spring day. Not even nice enough to spend any time outside. I can't say I am longing for temps in the 90s though. Your Spring stitchery is pretty.

Cute little spring stitchery, Diann. In Norway we say March is moody, meaning it goes from winter to spring/summer and back to winter in a few days. Still hot here, can't wait for cooler days!

We are having a really warm Autumn here in New Zealand at the moment, and enjoying the sunshine.

The spring embroidery piece looks like a fun project. We had snow last Tuesday and it was in the 80s yesterday. We are forecast for 60s and 70s this week. I wish the weather would make up it's mind!

How many more quilter's rain dances (quilt changes) can I make??? At least three. We washed windows on Saturday and hope that will bring the rain. LOL. I'm looking forward to seeing your SAHRR Finish.

Think about coiled-wire springs and how they bounce -- that's what our spring weather is! From one extreme to the other. Sunshine here today but not very warm. Happy stitching this week!

It was crazy hot here on Saturday, and just a week ago we had 15 inches of snow! It was a good day for sewing, though!
