To-Do Tuesday #132

Good morning!   I'm joining in with Linda and friends at Texas Quilt Gal for the To-Do Tuesday link-up, sharing what I've been working on and my new list for this coming week.

This week I stayed the course and got lots done, both on my original list from two weeks ago, and on the extra projects I had gotten distracted by!
  • The zigzag tablerunner is finished and on my table!

  • And the charm pack blocks are sewn into a small quilt top.
I just love this little quilt, and I'm excited to finish it up!
I have some backing picked out for it, and
it should be pretty easy to get it quilted and bound.

But first I needed to get caught up on a few other things that I don't want to turn into UFOs!
  • Full Stop - making progress!  The top is about half together.  Everything below the hyphen blocks is sewn together, and measures about 50 inches wide.  When I add the top section, it will be about 50 x 60.  I might add a small border to top and bottom to make the quilt a bit longer.

  • I also got started on two of the embroidered pieces that I want to finish into pillow covers.  Both blocks are trimmed and borders are in the process of being added to bring them up to 12.5 inches square.  I worked on Mrs. March Hare first because I'm keeping her and wanted to make sure I got it right!  The contentment design is going to be a birthday gift for a friend.

I'm keeping all of the above on my list for the coming week.
  • Quilt the charm pack quilt
  • Continue work on Full Stop
  • Continue work on the pillow covers
  • Pink blocks for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge
Plenty to keep busy with!

Wowza! You had a great week! The stitcheries are going to make the cutest pillows. And Full Stop is looking good! Stay indoors today or “put a rock in your pocket” as Mr Busy likes to say! It’s gonna get “breezy”!

Great week with plenty of fun to look forward this week. Love that charm pack quilt. What pattern did you use? And your new table runner is just as sweet as can be! Looks perfect on the table.

Amazing job on the Full Stop quilt!
I know how challenging it is to get this kind of a sampler project together... you're doing great!

Great work, I am admiring the table runner and on such a beautiful table setting. My table is a work table and doubles for quilting so I never get to put a table runner on it. Love your Charm pack top too.

LOVE the table runner - so gorgeous. Your charm quilt is going to be adorable. Will you hand quilt it? Those little embroidered pieces are going to make darling pillows.
Thanks for sharing your post with To Do Tuesday!
