Slow Stitching on a Sunday

I'm not sure I ever shared that I finished all 12 of the Frosty designs from Melisa at PinkernPunkin Quilting, but here they are, hanging out with some daffodils.   They need a really good pressing and then I'll trim them to a consistent size.  They'll be put away until later in the year, when I'm back in the mood to work on a Christmas/winter project!

The last Frosty I stitched was the bottom right one ⬆️ here.
He's waving goodbye for the spring and summer!

I was ready to work on something more seasonal, so I traced this design from Kathy Schmitz, "March Hare."  Mrs. Hare is still needing some hot tea, but also ready for gardening, just like we are here in Colorado at the end of March, beginning of April!

Today I'll be adding the blooms on the flowers, finishing up the tea cup, and adding some details to Mrs. Hare's blouse.  She's going to be finished up in plenty of time for Easter, I think!

Sharing at Kathy's Quilts for Slow Sunday Stitching.

Mrs Hare is a sweet stitchery. Love all those Frosty designs. They are going to be fabulous all stitched together. The way this year is zooming by I have a feeling it won't be too far away till you are working on these again.

Those Frosties look great - but yes, buns are more appropriate this time of year. :-)

What a sweet stitchery! I just printed out the first 3 of the frosty's to stitch at some point. I need to find the blue floss for it that I had to hide so the cat would not eat it! Enjoy your stitches.

Poor Mrs Hare, what has she been doing to get her so frazzled that she's hanging out for a cuppa? Must be all those leverets misbehaving.

Congrats on finishing up Frostys! It’ll be great to have them all ready when the winter and snow come knocking again! Ms Hare is wonderful. Will she become a spring time pillow? or maybe a fun wall hanging? Whatever you decide, she will be lovely!

I'm on Frosty #9! Good for you to get them all completed. They've been so fun and an easy project to tote around to work on or while traveling cross-country. The Kathy Schmitz Mrs. Hare is so sweet and I'm ready for Spring too!

I love seeing all your frosties together! I think I am finished with all 12, but I better go count them up. I am in no hurry to finish it up plus I don't know how I want to do them. Maybe all in one quilt or multiple quilts.
