I never seem to manage a Design Wall Monday post or a WiP Wednesday one, either. It seems To-Do Tuesday takes care of all three for me! So I'll start today's post with a photo of my design wall. Some projects have progressed since the last time I shared a photo, some are still the same.
- I've been working on my Rainbow Scrap Challenge projects this week: plus blocks, Bloom baskets, and Masala Boxes.
- A little progress was made on the borders of Crumb Hearts (not shown).
- My work-in-progress for last couple days has been to focus on the next steps in the Stay at Home Round Robin project. I've made some Friendship Stars and signature blocks.
Now I have to decide what to do with them!
I've added some strips of a background fabric to the sides and may also add strips to the top and bottom before deciding how I want to attach the stars and signature blocks.
This feels really busy to me, not the feel I was looking for when I began. So what to do next?

My to-do list for the coming week?
- Keep working on the SAHRR
- Continue progress on RSC projects
- Finish up my Table Scraps project for February. Since Valentine's Day is coming up, I'd like to finish it by the end of the week and get some use out of it!

some of your design wall looks the same as mine - in color anyhow - aren't the red/aqua blocks going together well - I need to remember this color combo for in the future for a two color quilt

Your red/teal blocks are all looking great! I like your stars and signature blocks too. Keep messing with it - something will click! How about putting the stars in the corners, and the signature blocks in the centers - similar to what I did? You'd have two stars left over to use either with another border, or on the back?
Fabulous fun in AQUA/TEAL, Diann!! You are ahead of the gave with the SAHRR. I haven't begun to sew for this week's prompt.
Hi Diann! I love seeing your design wall. I thought I was the only one who had projects on it that don't seem to change often. I've had to potential table runners laid out since January first. They're still there, just hanging out. HAHA! I like Wendy's suggestion about the stars going in the corners. The signature blocks with their blue background really pull out the center blue and the curvy border. I think we need the beautiful red to go into the background - it's being a bully and overpowering everything else. Just my take! I look forward to seeing what you decide. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
I am always so envious of your clean and pretty design wall. Mine is a mess with loose threads and kitty pulls - lol!
I almost made a friendship stars for my SAHRR, since they are my favorite star. I love your SAHRR elements, and the fabrics and colors you've used are so appealing. I am laughing at Roseanne's statement about the "bullying" red. :D Seeing your pieces laid out like that made me realize that we really don't have to add the borders each week, that we can simply make the prompts and wait to see the best layout. Don't know why I haven't tried that, but now I will!

I love your SAHRR project and I don't think it looks too busy at all. If you do, though, why not combine the stars and signature blocks into one border, maybe by alternating them, or saving the signature blocks to combine with the next round? I also like Wendy's idea if you can get it to work the way you want. Good luck figuring it out-- that's the fun part!

Your SAHRR is looking good. Maybe all you need is a narrow strip of the neutral polka dot at the top and bottom to give your eye a rest. Love all the fabrics you've used for that project. Your design wall has some fun stuff on it. Good luck with this week's to do list.
