Hello, February!

The Valentine bunnies are finished and ready to be on display for February.  Pink and green make me think Spring could be on its way.   We all need to think that in February, right?!

I think this green is prettier in person than in the photograph -
not sure why, but I can't seem to get a good photograph of it.
It does go nicely with the variegated green I used to embroider the bunnies.

I got out all the heart decorations and changed out the chest top display for February too.

And I've been stitching on Sweetly Saying from Primrose Cottage.  It has such sweet little motifs in it.  Flowers, hearts, strawberries - very fun to stitch!

And lots more to do for Slow Sunday Stitching-

Linking up with Kathy's Quilts.

You are ready for Valentine’s Day at your house. Nice finish on the rabbit embroidery. Where will you display this one? I don’t feel like spring is around the corner here just yet. It’s still really cold and snowy outside. Gail at the cozy quilter

February is a GREAT month to dream about Spring again. I happily told Mom that this month brings Groundhog's Day, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, and Fat Tuesday. She looks forward to a week of Paczkis which are only available the week before Lent begins around here. Lol! Winter seems to be especially hard on the older folks. Have a great slow stitching Sunday.

You have such a nice collection for each season! I always think Valentine pink and red need something else, and I really like your colors on the bunnies.
I guess winter got a late start here and according to the forecasts I'm reading, February might hit a little hard.

I think your little bunnies are just adorable!! I do enjoy putting green and pink together...I do hope that the groundhog's sighting will bring on spring early rather than later this month...hugs, Julierose

Some colors photograph funny when next to other colors. Now sure why that is, but I've got some quilts that just never looked all that great in photos. Congrats on finishing off the bunnies it's really cute and as cold as it's been, any promise of spring is welcome. Enjoy your slow stitching today.

Cute bunnies! I'm not sure what is with me this year, but I am not into the usual Valentine's stuff.

I don't have any bunnies or valentines! I do have a couple pumpkins lol - I have never gotten into making theme items but I sure have seen some cute ones.

Love the colors in your Sweetly Sayin’ project. My pink is too pale I think, but it is going to stay. I have a few more heart and Valentine related things to put out. But it has begun.

Diann, those bunnies surrounded by the green and pink fabrics are lovely. Those two colour combinations are pretty. Love those hues! With how quickly Father Time is ticking away your sweet bunnies will be sitting with your other spring stitched pretties before you know it. As for me, I would rather love to hang on to summer for a very long time. =) Enjoy your stitching. Keep warm!
