Just one left...

There's just one Woven Wreath design left to stitch for the month of December  - we've been working on this project for 12 months!  Today I'll watch the video that Kathy Schmitz always puts out for the monthly designs and then get started working on it.

Then I'll have to decide how to finish this off - I'm thinking it would make a nice pillow cover and is just about the right size for an 18 inch pillow form.

The November heart from PinkernPunkin is almost finished, too.  I could have finished it over Thanksgiving, but older son has been here and it was much more fun (and important!) to hang out visiting and playing games.  The stitching will get done after he has gone home this afternoon!

I'd be hanging with my daughter if she were visiting. . . the stitching can always wait in situations like that! I'm glad you visited and played!!! Your Kathy Schmitz design looks great. A pillow would be a great way to enhance all that embroidery! Melisa's design is coming together nicely!

I hope you got to watch Kathy’s video. I haven’t yet and it’s 4 PM. Best laid plans, I guess. I’m excited to get mine stitched some before December is too far gone. Glad you enjoyed the holiday and weekend with both your boys! The weather looks to be improving!

I think it will make an awesome pillow! I am itching to make a pillow for the Holidays, evidently 4 decorative quilted pillows aren't enough. LOL

All your stitching looks so pretty! Glad you have had a great time with your sons. We definitely need to get a few games for next year - the older grands got a little bored, although they tried to hide it - lol!

It sounds like you have had a great time with both of your sons home. Family time is the best! Your embroidery projects are looking amazing. It has been a joy to follow your progress on both. I am so grateful that you have been stitching along with me on the hearts as well. Harvest Blessings is gorgeous. Hugs.

Year long projects are great because you know, that if you can't find anything else to work on, there's always that one. I find it sad to get to the end. Like an old, dear friend. Family time is always #1 even if it means putting the sewing aside for a while. Great job.
