Only four days until Spring!

But I'm still stitching on the Winter SAL from Melisa at PinkernPunkin.  Almost there, though.  Can I finish it before Spring officially arrives?  I'm going to try!

Meanwhile, I did finish up this little Daisy Basket Trifle, also from Melisa.  It was a fun and tiny design - just about 1.5 inches square!  I finished it in a circle, which was a challenge for me, but I did it!  This really needs some kind of trim around it - I didn't have any, but will think about adding some in the future.

  5. that is tiny for sure. I have a book that has tiny embroidery designs that you put on hexies - from what I see you draw out the hexies on a large piece of cloth and the design on them - embroider them and then cut out the hexie with the seam allowance and then you do your EPP - I bought the book thinking I would make them and then I never did

  9. You made great progress on your Winter Stamp Sampler. Ooh the Daisy trifle is so cute. I need to make one of those, I have a granddaughter named after that flower. I should probably finish a few of my starts before I go “starting” something new!!

  10. Such a tiny basket. It would make a great pin cozy with a magnet on the back. Good luck finishing the winter stitchery before spring arrives.
