To-Do Tuesday #115

Good morning!  I'm joining in with Linda and friends at Texas Quilt Gal for the To-Do Tuesday link-up, sharing what I've been working on and my new list for this coming week.

I worked on a little bit of everything, and got a lot done this past week!   The crumb hearts quilt center is all sewn together, and borders are started.

I've also been cutting the neutral sashing strips for Easy Breezy, and even sewing some of the blocks/sashing/cornerstones together.

I'll continue to work on both of those projects this week, but also gave myself permission to play with a little Christmas-y squirrel project, inspired by this fun Santa print.

So, on this week's list... keep working on my Rainbow Scrap Challenge projects
and play with those Santas.   Sounds good to me!  What's on your list?

  1. Your Santas are too cute! Can't wait to see what you do with that fabric. I pulled a Christmas squirrel yesterday, too, but I think it needs to marinate for a while.

  4. I'm working on a Christmas apron for my niece followed by a new Christmas table topper for me. I'll be using A Quilting Life's pattern called Candy Box (I think that's the name!) and it's a replacement for the one I made a few years ago. Unfortunately my SIL blew red candle wax on the one I had. Ugh! Good news is I'll be going scrappy (again) so there goes some more reds, greens, & whites out of my scrap bin!

  7. Hi Diann! Cute, cute, cute Santa fabric. I wonder what squirrel project you've come up with?! I'll watch with interest . . . in a no-need-to-share-the-squirrel-project way. HAHA! Still love the little hearts and the cornerstone project. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
