I *love* this new sculpture at our Visitor's Center! It's big!
It goes along with this lovely poem I found the other day.
I am grateful!
I finished the fifth embroidered basket Tuesday night. This might be my favorite one!
It's ready for the red border and then for sewing the little top together.
And you know how much I am entertained by the wildlife in my suburban yard. This squirrel was funny the other day!
Enjoying an apple.
But then...
"What are you looking at, lady?"
Hope you're having a great week, and finding lots of things to LOVE, like our sculpture says! I'm joining in with the other I Like Thursday bloggers at Not Afraid of Color.
You know I share you joy in wildlife observation. That's a perfect seat for a squirrel.

ReplyDeleteNeat things, Dian. Enjoy your hand stitching while visiting. That's so much fun. Hope there will be a peach pie photo or maybe a hint as to your Mom's secret ingredient.
ReplyDeleteLOL. Love the squirrel. Your embroidery looks neat and clean. Nice poem. I am grateful - I need to do the pausing more often, though.
