Back to the Green

After traveling for the first 10 or so days of March, I've had some catching up to do with my green scraps.

I decided that first up would be the first two Tiny Tuesday blocks.

Both were fun to make!  Thank you, Jo and Angela, for the block designs!

How about a tiny penguin peeking out at you?  :)

I hadn't had these on the design wall for awhile, so I stuck them up there just for fun.

I like the green additions to the collection!

A lot of my green scraps seem to be Christmas greens, so just like I did with red, I'm going to make a Tiny Rails block with Christmas greens.  These are mostly dark greens with red accents.

And this is the perfect color to help me move my Scrappy Sprouts along.  I've bought some Kona Grass Green to put between the rows of sprouts blocks, and hope to get going on that this week.

  1. Cute blocks - the penguin made me smile!
I need to replenish my greens and start a quilt for my granddaughter. My greens tend to be dark Christmas like yours or lime=y.
Looks like you are really enjoying your space. :)

  8. I don't have much dark green, but I do love the lighter greens. The Kona green you've chosen is just perfect! Can't wait to see all those sprouts put together. I also love the peeking penguin!
