I spent several nights this week stitching down the binding on this quilt. That's always my favorite kind of slow stitching!
Once that was finished, I've been able to make some progress on the Gail Pan variegated blue flower basket. In fact, there's just a little more to do.
But with it being Eastertime, I gave myself permission to start a new little project with bunnies on it! This is Spring Banner from Melisa at PinkernPunkin. Hopefully you can see the bunny starting to emerge!
Plenty to work on today for Slow Sunday Stitching!

ReplyDeleteHand stitching binding is my absolute favorite part of quilt making. It means that I am putting the final touches on the quilt and even if I have a someone else quilt it for me, I feel like it becomes "mine" again.
ReplyDeleteThe speckled backing is just right for your quilt. Both embroidery projects are off to a good start!
