Slow Stitching on a Sunday

Earlier this week I finished up the ninth Frosty from Melisa at PinkernPunkin Quilting.  This is a fun bunch!

There are three more Frosty designs to stitch, but my light box is visiting a friend right now (she's actually the person who gave me the light box, and she needed to borrow it back!),  so I needed something for my evening hand stitching.

Melisa to the rescue again!  Her Saturday post had a sweet Valentine cross-stitch design that I decided to try.  I haven't done any cross-stitch in quite awhile, but I did have a small piece of 14 count Aida that I thought would work.  And look, I stitched a little heart!  Lots more to do, of course!

  5. Have fun with that Valentine stitch, Diann! I gave up cross stich for quilting 25+ years ago. Haven't missed it one bit, as I never could keep count! Sigh...
