Welcome, Frosty! a wall-hanging designed by Vicki of Vicki's Crafts and Quilting is finished! (Find the pattern for Frosty HERE.) I put the last few stitches into it on Friday night by sewing on the buttons for his eyes and some snowflakes while we were getting caught up on some "Bull" episodes.
This is a bit of a funky angle for a close-up, but I wanted to show the background fabric I used for this project - it is so perfect! It's called Snowy Sky.
And the snowflake buttons - love them!
Today's slow stitching will be the next Frosty in my queue - this Frosty has "Mittens for Sale!"
Design available here at PinkernPunkin Quilting.

Owo, Diann all your snowmen are cute, including the table mat. Love the snow flake bouton you add on Frosty hat. Tiny details that makes the difference.
ReplyDeleteSuch adorable snowmen!!! I smile whenever I see these projects! My grandmother loved snowmen and your projects remind me of her! Have a safe and happy day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great snowman wall hanging. I agree that the background fabric is perfect. Enjoy stitching your latest frosty.

ReplyDeleteI think I have a frosty pattern by Vicki that I never got around to making this year - I need to get it done this fall so I can use it in the winter!
ReplyDeleteLove your Frosty vignette! When did you make the piece on the little chest?
ReplyDeleteThose frosty's sure are cute! I might have to go save them off.... for when/if handwork slows down a bit. Love that snowy sky fabric. Perfect choice.
ReplyDeleteOh boy do I love your post today, hahaha. Frosty turned out just perfect, glad you were able to find some snowflake buttons. And yes I did notice the other snowman mat on the table too. And get this that little snowman sitting on the mat...I used to make those too!!!!! Thanks for the plug to my patterns;)

ReplyDeleteYour Frosty wall hanging is adorable. It looks fabulous displayed on the wall; and the snowman placemat is fun, too. All the fabrics are so pretty.
ReplyDeleteSo much Frosty fun going on at your place,Diann. Love the wall hanging and the quilt on the table. And your Frosty McChill is looking fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing and for stitching my little design. Have a fabulous week.

ReplyDeleteOooooo I love him, and he looks so cute hanging there above his friend! That Kona fabric is wonderful, and love those snowflake buttons - where did you find them?
ReplyDelete(What are "Bull" episodes?)
Cute snowman! I love the details you add, the snowflakes, and you are right, this background fabric is pretty and perfect!

ReplyDeletePerfect background fabric for Frosty! He's a handsome fella, and your little Mitten salesman is looking cute too!
ReplyDeleteYour Frosty wallhanging looks so cute, as does the little table also decorated in the snow man theme.
ReplyDeleteI have a large snowman collection, but surprisingly no wall hangings. I put the table top Christmas trees away yesterday and should have brought down a few snowmen. Maybe. tomorrow, although it will be really chilly in the attic.Winter is finally settling in here.
