To-Do Tuesday #45

Good morning!  I'm checking in today with my weekly to-do list and linking up with Roseanne and friends for the To-Do Tuesday linky party at Home Sewn By Us.

Last week's list included finishing a small paper-pieced purple quilt, and I did!  You can read more about it here.

I also needed to get some bias binding tape so I could finish the doll hospital gowns to send to A Doll Like Me.  It isn't easy to find bias binding right now, and what I could find wasn't the color I really wanted, but I decided to go with it anyway.  So, these are finished, too!
My goal was to match the hospital gowns to two little doll quilts I made awhile ago.
I'll be sending these off soon!

Progress was made on the two other projects on my list -
  • Sew the HSTs for my rainbow zig zag pink row, and
  • Finish the quilting on the red and white hand-pieced quilt.
Those two items will stay on the list for the coming week, along with one other new project.

I want to finish a long time UFO for an upcoming blog hop.  The blog hop is at the end of July, so I would just like to make some progress this week toward a finish.

Sneak peak!  Can you tell it's a Christmas blog hop?

Time to get to work on it!

Hope you've been getting things on your list completed this week!

  3. Looking forward to seeing your Christmas in July finished quilt. It reminds me of a snowman one I pieced way, way, way back. Notice I said pieced...it's not quilted. I couldn't figure out how I wanted it quilted and it has lots of blue in it, not my colors anymore.
