A little of everything...

This week, my evening slow stitching time included three different projects.  I did some hand quilting on the spool mini quilt.

There was some cross-stitching on PinkernPunkin's Summer stitch-along as I worked on stamp #5 - Summer Quilt.

And then there's been some binding stitching to finish up my Lyra project from mmmquilts' QAL.  I'm hoping to have a finish to share by midweek!

Each one of these needs quite a bit more stitching, so I've got choices for today's slow stitching time!  Linking up at Kathy's Quilts!

  2. I do enjoy hand finishing quilt binding. I have a quilt on the frame now, and hope to get it to the binding stage by next weekend.

  3. Nice to have choices so it fits your mood! I should get back and finish a few cross stitch pieces but I am just in the mood to crochet more hats.

  9. three great quilt projects--love how your Summer Cx stitching is coming along--As you read on my site--I have lots --and I mean lots of hand slow stitching choices--haven't decided yet which one I will work on this afternoon--but this morning it was counted cross stitching--but not one I did--one my daughter did--but never did much of the outlining and there is alot and I mean alot of outlining on this one--she gave it to me 7 months ago--I have only worked on it once before--but this morning I got it out and really looked it over and organized a couple things and got a nice "little" bit done--I will try to show it next blog post--!! have a good stitchy week--hugs, di

  11. So many lovely pretties for you to choose from, Diann. Oh my, your quilting stitches march evenly one after the other. =) Something I never seem to be able to do. Is there just one more 'square' to be stitched on your summer pretty?? It's such a sweet cross stitch.
