String Star Update!

I did it!

I sewed up my String Star with no mistakes or unsewing needed.

I'm so pleased with how it is turning out!  It's been fun to draw up my own design and see it work out according to my vision.

I don't think it will take long to get this one quilted up and finished.  It's meant to be a wall-hanging for our dining room/family room wall.  But Christmas has to happen first!  :)

Oh, I love it! Very fun to make your own decision, think it through, build it, then see it in all its glory. Fun, fun, fun!

I think you have convinced me to make strings next year! What a beautiful finish - and no unpicking! Better than me! I usually turn something wrong. Great job.
